Susan H. Enders, 78, of Shenandoah, PA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest in Allentown.
Born in Shenandoah on October 29, 1947, Susan was the beloved daughter of John and Mary (Shutovich) Donchak.
Susan graduated from the former J.W. Cooper High School in Shenandoah. In her younger years, she was interested in painting and loved to go out dancing. She always enjoyed listening to music, had a great sense of humor, and was fond of a good joke.
Susan worked for many years as a cashier at K-Mart, where her warm smile and good heart put people at ease.
A deeply devout and spiritual woman, Susan held a special devotion to the Blessed Mother for strength, comfort, and guidance.
Though fiercely independent, she was dedicated to her family and made countless sacrifices to ensure their happiness and well-being.
She always said how proud she was of her three sons and her granddaughter, whose high school graduation she attended last year.
In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her five brothers, Joseph, John, George, Michael, and Stephen, and her three sisters, Anna, Irene, and Monica.
She is lovingly survived by her three sons: James Enders and his wife, Tania, of North Carolina; Christopher Enders and David Enders of Shenandoah; her sister, Betsy Andrijiw of Erie, PA; her granddaughter, Julia Enders; and many nieces and nephews.
Susan leaves behind a legacy of kindness, devotion, and quiet strength that will live on in our hearts. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A visitation for family and friends was previously held on Saturday, February 21st. Liturgy will be held on Saturday, April 18th at 10am in St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church in Shenandoah with Rev. Bohdan Vasyliv officiating. Burial will immediately follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
