Ronald W. Beltz, 62, of Shenandoah, passed away on Friday, May 14th, 2021 at his home.
Born in Hazleton, Pa on November 3rd, 1958, he was the son of the late William and Deanna (Paisley) Beltz.
Ron worked as a baker for 25 years along with being a Life Sharing caregiver for the past 20 years. Besides his work, Ron was an avid pool shooter influenced by Willie Masconi, who was a friend of Ron’s grandfather. He also liked cooking and baking at home, going to many concerts with his wife Patty, especially following the Grateful Dead as a proud “Dead Head”.
Surviving family is his wife of 45 years, Patricia “Patty” Beltz, 1 son, Jason Beltz with his wife Christina – Pine Grove, 1 daughter, Candice Denchy with her husband John – Barnesville, 1 brother, Raymond Beltz with his wife Carolyn – Pottsville, and 1 sister, Mary O’Pake – Turkey Run. Several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews also survive.
A visitation for family and friends will be conducted on Thursday, May 20th, 2021 at the Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, 40 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah from 5 to 8pm.
Due to Covid 19- all masking and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
