Obituary
Paul Malacusky, 59, of Mahanoy City and formerly of Ringtown, passed away on Friday, June 17th, 2022.
Born in Heistown, NJ on April 7th, 1963, he was the son of the late John and Theresa (Rakus) Malacusky.
Paul worked for Alcoa for many years as a Press Operator. He loved to play the lottery.
Besides his parents, Paul was preceded by his companion, Jane Lawson and 2 brothers, Mark and Bruce Malacusky.
Surviving are 3 daughters, Desiree Hall with Jason – Frackville, Jennifer Whyne with William – Gordon, and Melissa Bakerofsky – Orwigsburg, 3 sisters, Elaine Mione – Las Vegas, Diane Bann – Mahanoy City, and Patty Culver – Texas, 9 grandchildren, Zackery, Aiden, Destiny, Rylee, Scott, Case, Finnley, Autumn Rose, and Billy, along with several nieces and nephews.
A visitation for family and friends will take place on Thursday, June 23rd, from 9 to 10:30am at the Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, 40 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah. Scripture services will be held at 10:30am at the funeral home and will be officiated by Fr. Dominic Pham. Burial will follow in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Ringtown.
