Mary A. Snukis – RN, 84, of Reading, passed away on December 4th, 2022.
Born in Shenandoah on September 27th, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mildred (Chiglinski) Osinski.
Mary was a 1956 graduate of Immaculate Heart High School then attended Northeast Philadelphia School of Nursing. She last worked as a registered nurse for the Pottsville Hospital. Mary enjoyed sewing, canning, and music.
Besides her parents, she was preceded by her daughter, Mildred Snukis in 2021, and 2 brothers, Peter and Anthony Osinski.
The surviving family includes 2 sons, Matt Snukis of Pottsville and Joseph Snukis with Jenn – Florida, and granddaughter, Julianna.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday, June 24th, 2023, in Divine Mercy Parish – Sacred Worship Site – St. Casimir’s, 229 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah, and will be officiated by Fr. Gregory Karpyn. Burial will follow in St. Casimir’s Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
