Joseph J. Horvath

Joseph J. Horvath, 78, of Apollo Beach, Florida, peacefully passed away on November 7, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

He is survived by his children, Cynthia, Joseph, and Julia; as well as six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several dear cousins.

Joseph’s unwavering commitment to his country led him to serve in the United States Air Force as an RN.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 18th from 9 to 10:30am at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Mahanoy City, 621 W. Mahanoy St, Mahanoy City.  Office of Christian Burial with Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:30am by Father James Carroll.  Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Cemetery in Mahanoy City where Joseph will be joining his beloved father, mother, and brother to rest peacefully for eternity.

He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
