Alfred "Al" Buchinsky

Alfred “Al” Buchinsky, 87, of Philadelphia, Pa passed away on December 27th, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Shenandoah on April 21st, 1933, he was the son of the late John and Julia (Skaudis) Buchinsky.

Al worked in the healthcare industry as a purchasing agent for many years.

Preceding him in death was 1 brother, John “Jack” Buchinsky.

Al leaves behind his wife of 61 years, Elizabeth (Hannis) Buchinsky, along with 1 son, David Buchinsky with his wife Diane – Philadelphia, 1 daughter, Beth McMullen and her husband David- Florida, and 6 grandchildren, Kimberly, Alison, Emily, Steven, Andrew, and Ian.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 17th at 10am in Divine Mercy Parish, 218 W. Cherry St, Shenandoah with Msgr. Ronald Bocian officiating.  A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday morning in Divine Mercy Parish from 9am until time of Mass.  Burial will follow in St. Casimir’s Parish Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.

Due to Covid-19, all masking and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
